How we give back
Establishing professional working environments and empowering women leaders are important for us. We volunteer our time to women leaders and emerging leaders.
In 2023, our Community of Practice for women leaders evolved into the Women Lead Community. We regularly host free workshops, networking and peer coaching sessions for women world-wide.
We also contribute to our planet’s regeneration.
In 2023, we co-hosted the sustainability network event “Nachhaltig Neu Denken” with our partners Initiative 2030 and Pro.earth.
In 2024, Leadership Associates became a partner of one of the 100 Mitmach-Regionen in the German-speaking world. During the main event in Vienna it sported the key note and hosted a discussion forum.
Our Director, Angelika Pohnitzer, is part of Facilitators for Future and volunteers in several organizations that support social and ecological sustainability.
