Team Building and Alignment
You are struggling with team building or with alignment around complex strategic topics? We believe in the power of games for creating awareness and alignment.
We are certified in the facilitation of the 2030 SDGs Game, which aims for creating awareness around sustainability topics by experiencing the intention behind the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) first hand. The game can be combined well with workshops on goal setting, communications or leadership, as well as the personal Good Life Goals and Inner Development Goals necessary to reach the Global Goals.
We also offer a gamified approach around the topic of diversity: the Diversity Fresco. Through insightful input on diversity, equity and inclusion, related reflection questions and activities, the participants are sensitized to the respective topics and have the opportunity to practice related conversations.
LA is excited to support the roll-out of these experiential games in Europe, and especially in the German-speaking countries.
