Blanka Bellak, PhD, facilitates personal and organizational transformations. She is an expert in conflict resolution, leadership and organizational development. Blanka serves as Founding Director and Head of Women’s Leadership Development Programme. She particularly enjoys working with women leaders.
After gaining her PhD in conflict resolution, and having published with leading academic institutions (University of Oxford, Harvard University), Blanka held a number of high-profile positions in international settings. Before founding Leadership Associates in 2017, Blanka served as a Director of the Austrian Study Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution, a UNESCO-award winning training and research centre on peace and conflict. Blanka divides her time between Prague, Czech Republic, and Vienna, Austria. She enjoys yoga, diving into new topics and spending time with her family.
