Bernd Kosnar

Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, Bernd grew up in a family that cherishes other cultures, values achievement through hard work, loyalty, honesty and excellent physical and mental performance.

“Hard work eats talent for breakfast” – Formed through years of performing as a professional ice-dancing athlete nationally and internationally.

He finished Master’s program as a software engineer and started working abroad and for international companies in the USA, Germany, Finland, France, Hungary and Austria.

As a successful sales and sales leader for over two decades in various roles and organizations he worked with direct and indirect reports and distributed teams.

He raises his children (three and 1/2 boys) by the same values he holds his peers, employees and partners to. And he still pushes himself: performing and growing in his job; as a musician on drums and vocals, and as a sportsman doing triathlons and ultras.
