Systemic Consultant & Certified Art Therapist
“We have to confront ourselves. Do we like what we see in the mirror? And, according to our light, according to our understanding, according to our courage, we will have to say yea or nay – and rise!” – Maya Angelou
Alexandra Reis is a seasoned systemic consultant and certified art therapist with extensive experience in facilitating personal and professional growth. Her unique blend of therapeutic methods and systemic approaches helps individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve holistic well-being.
Alexandra’s professional and personal focus is on fostering vitality and appreciation in life. She believes in the power and potential within each of us to engage lovingly with ourselves (#SELFcare), with others, and with nature (#WORLDcare). By bridging self-care and world-care, she emphasizes the importance of mutual well-being. Happiness and satisfaction can only thrive when individuals, their environments, and nature are all flourishing.
Having worked in oncology, hematology, and stem cell transplantation at St. Anna Children’s Hospital, Alexandra brings a compassionate and informed perspective to her practice. Since 2008, she has operated her private practice, offering individual and group supervision, creative process facilitation, and leadership coaching.
Passionate about creative self-expression, Alexandra co-authored “Ein neuer Blick auf mich – Kunsttherapie als Selbsterfahrung,” sharing insights into art therapy as a path to self-discovery. She is dedicated to supporting clients through life’s transitions, stress management, and crisis intervention, specializing in handling issues like depression, burnout, and high sensitivity.
Alexandra believes that humanity is at a critical juncture. It is no longer enough to focus solely on self-improvement; we must broaden our perspective to societal and global levels. The current trajectory of exploiting the ecosystem and communal well-being for individual gains is unsustainable. Today, we still have the opportunity to change the rules of this risky game—are you in?
