Lydie is Leadership Associates’ Head of Gender, Diversity and Inclusion Programme, project manager and facilitator, with expertise in organizational development. She is passionate about the future of work and brings a structured approach to transformational change from the perspective of what our clients’ unique needs are.

Lydie has a varied professional background, from private businesses and academia to real estate development and finance. Her academic background is in international business and change management. Her time is currently divided between Leadership Associates and strategic HR consultancy in a private organization.

Lydie is located near Copenhagen, Denmark, and is a native of the US. She enjoys facilitation in meditation and mindfulness, biking long distances and meaningful dialogues with different-minded people.
