Angelika Pohnitzer serves as the Executive Director and Head of Community Development at Leadership Associates. She is a licensed leadership and management advisor, auditor, facilitator, trainer, and coach. Her professional focus lies in agile leadership, grounded in personal and organizational integrity and flow, always with sustainability in mind. Angelika is deeply passionate about fostering social innovation, entrepreneurship, governance, management systems, and digital tools.

With an academic background spanning Sociology, Criminology, International Relations, and Integrated Risk Management from Austria and the UK, Angelika brings a wealth of interdisciplinary knowledge to her work. Her extensive experience traverses various sectors, from civil society—including faith-based organizations—to small businesses, and from large international corporations to international non-profits.

Based in Vienna, Angelika provides support for Leadership Associates’ endeavors in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member of the Institute for Integral Studies in Freiburg, Germany, and Governance Alive in the US.
